TERMS OF SERVICE

- Commissions are first come, first serve! I normally take about a week to complete commissions, but it can range from a day to a month depending on how complex your request is. If you have a set deadline you need the commission done by, please let me know ahead of time to make sure I can make it.- Once I approve the request you sent in, and ensure that it is something I can do, I will reach out to you. This may take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days, so please be patient!- I only accept payment through PayPal and Venmo at the moment. When paying with PayPal, I prefer if you select the paying with friends and family option. I will send you my information once the commission is underway.- I normally take payment up front, but if your commission total is over $30, we can discuss splitting it up, such as paying half up front and half after the commission is complete.- I do not accept refunds. I will work with you to make sure your commission is how you want it, but I cannot refund you unless it is because I am unable to complete the commission after payment.
